Updated 1/18/2018:

Convicted felon, Cynthia Ciancio,  A FORMER ADAMS COUNTY DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, is a name partner in the law firm, Ciancio, Ciancio, & Brown, P.C..  Some critics say Cynthia Ciancio landed the  District Attorney job only because her father, local attorney Gene Ciancio, was a political ally of Bob Grant, former district attorney of this county north of Denver. The president of the Colorado Fraternal Order of Police called Cynthia Ciancio’s hiring , “morally repugnant”.

Ciancio was sentenced to four years probation after pleading guilty of selling, “cocaine worth $250.00” according to official government sources. Cynthia Ciancio’s public statement was that she was involved in, “very casual use”, of the Class 1 Controlled Substance.

The managing editor of this website consulted with members of Longmont Colorado’s Triangle Club: a 12 step assistance program for drug and alcohol addicts. Hartmannconspiracy  established contact with members of the Triangle Club during research into the cocaine-related death of local businessman, Paul Ferris, owner of Perfection Painting.  According to multiple interviews, the threshold for, “casual use” is 1/4 (.25) of one gram usage on rare occasion. This single (known) illicit cocaine sale by Cynthia Ciancio far exceeded, “casual use”.

Cynthia Ciancio was a name partner at  Donelson, Ciancio, & Grant, P.C., previously doing business as  Donelson, Ciancio, & Goodwin, P.C. at the time Broomfield, Colorado attorney, Daniel T. Goodwin, was revealed to have committed Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant on behalf of his clients in the civil wage claim, Buckley v. Dream Stone, Inc., et. al.

On March 31, 2011, evidence was obtained from Colorado Dept. of Labor & Employment Director Ellen Golombek that Daniel T. Goodwin, a partmer in the law firm of Donelson, Ciancio, & Grant, P.C. Had, in criminal conspiracy with his clients and Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Francis Hartmann committed the Class 4 Felony of Attempt to Influence a Public Servant.

According to official government documents, Goodwin had sworn simultaneously before the Weld County District Court, and the Colorado Division of Labor that NEITHER had jurisdiction over Plaintiff Craig Buckley’s wage claim case, because the matter was before the other, is posted here. The law partners of Donelson, Ciancio, & Grant, P.C., including Cynthia Ciancio, had been fully apprised of the evidence of crime, and as members of the Colorado bar, and subject to the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, were bound by oath to report their partner’s nefarious acts.

They did not.

Civil Plaintiff, and victim of years of harassment and retaliation for bringing this evidence forth, Craig D. Buckley, stated, ” I had no idea this so-called, ‘law firm’ was nothing more than a crime family. Had I known I was seeking an ethical act from a convicted coke-whore and her supporters, I wouldn’t have wasted my fucking time”.

Cynthia Ciancio’s unlawful concealment of Daniel T. Goodwin’s criminal acts are, once again, indicative of  a proven pattern and practice of, “morally repugnant” behavior.

Convicted felon, Cynthia Ciancio is still allowed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Please  also read the original post by Hartmann-conspiracy  re: Convicted Felon/Attorney Cynthia Ciancio.

The Government of Colorado, with full knowledge of crime by Judge James Hartmann, Congressman Ken Buck, and Boulder District Attorney Stan Garnett should, rightfully, publicly release all
transcripts related to the ongoing crimes of the aforementioned. The Government of Colorado
WILL, however continue to use our socioeconomic status to conceal evidence. We need (very
expensive) transcripts. Please Donate!
