Judge Todd Taylor – Corrupt Weld County District Court Judge Steals $1000.00 From Felony Victim to Pay Fees For Motion For Which No Fees Were Awarded.

Greeley, CO – Weld County District Court Judge Todd Taylor, in criminal conspiracy with known felon, Weld County District Court Chief Judge James F. Hartmann.  Subordinate Judge Todd Taylor of the  19th Judicial District, Division 4  illegally and feloniously seized $1000.00 from Longmont homeowner Craig D. Buckley to pay fees for a Defendants’ Response to one of Mr. Buckley’s Motions, for which no fees were awarded.

Craig Buckley had filed a civil lawsuit against his former employers, Dreamstone Marble & Granite seeking an award of damages for wages which the employers refused to pay upon his termination of employment. Simultaneously, former Dreamstone General manager Todd Coday had filed a similarly styled complaint against Dreamstone in the Weld County District Court. Buckley sought, by Motion, to have the two cases combined. Dreamstone had hired another law firm to deal with the matter of Coday v. Dream Stone et. al.

Daniel T. Goodwin, attorney for the Defendants in Buckley v. Dream Stone et. al. filed a Response to Buckley’s Motion for Consolidation, with an affidavit sworn by Michael P. Matthews counsel for the Defendants in the Coday case, expressing their lack of interest in consolidating their civil matter with the Buckley case.

The Defendants were awarded fees for their Responses to several Motions Buckley filed at that time. Below is an excerpt from the Defendants’ Affidavit Support Document.

Judge James F. Hartmann forced Buckley to pay the Defendants over $1000.00 for this affidavit, and the motion with which it was billed. In June 2013, Buckley’s home was raided, he was arrested, and forced to pay a $1000.00 cash bond: Buckley was held in Contempt of Court. He had flatly refused to give the Defendants the deed to his home after Judge James Hartmann had illegally dismissed his wage claim, and flatly refused to pay the Court fees for the Defendants’ preparation of the Affidavit of Michael Matthews, or any fees associated with the Defendants’ Response to Motion for Consolidation.

Ten days later, Buckley’s home was raided again, and he was incarcerated for Retaliation Against a Judge, for alleged “threatening” statements he had made during the first illegal arrest.

The case went to trial (Buckley was convicted, in a “sham” trial, of  course) and Judge James F. Hartmann, in sworn testimony before the Boulder County District Court, stated that he had awarded the Defendants in the civil matter fees for the Motion for Consolidation.

Meanwhile, back in Weld County, District Court Judge Todd Taylor seized Buckley’s bond money to pay fees for the Defendants’ response to Motion For Consolidation, and specifically, the affidavit of Michael Matthews.

There Were Just A Few Small Problems…

Judge James F. Hartmann, in criminal conspiracy with the Defendants, and their attorney Daniel T. Goodwin, had knowingly and with extreme malice allowed the Defendants to falsify their Affidavit of Attorneys’ Fees. The Affidavit which was prepared for, and attached to the Defendants’ Response for Buckley’s Motion For Consolidation, now mysteriously  (read fraudulently) was billed under a wholly unrelated Motion: a Motion for Joinder of Parties.

Felon James Francis Hartmann aided and abetted this criminal act, waged years of untold suffering on Buckley and his family, and compelled his equally corrupt subordinates to further his criminal acts. Hartmann later perjured himself in sworn testimony before the Boulder County District Court  regarding this matter, and Corrupt Todd Taylor stole Buckley’s money. There were no fees awarded for the Motion for Consolidation.  02.16.2010 J order denying P moton to consolidate cases, and the corrupt Weld County District Court had no right to be on Buckley’s property to force him to pay fees associated with the Defendants’ Response to Motion for Consolidation.

Judge James F. Hartmann would later commit Felony Perjury, in April 2014, in sworn testimony before the Boulder County District Court to conceal the illegal act.

Taylor’s bio, found at the Colorado Judicial Department website states, “Previously Judge Taylor practiced in the areas of family law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation as a partner at Henderson, Taylor & Rapp, and later, Taylor & Rapp (2002-10). He has served as a municipal judge in Gilcrest (2000-04), Nineteenth Judicial District deputy district attorney (1992-97)”. He should know better. Mr. Taylor’s career, rightfully, should be terminated. Much more to come regarding the criminal acts of Corrupt Judge Todd Taylor.

The Government of Colorado, with full knowledge of crime by Judge James Hartmann, Congressman Ken Buck, and Boulder District Attorney Stan Garnett, & Weld County Judges Michele Meyer, John Briggs, Charles Unfug, Todd Taylor, Daniel Maus, and Thomas Quammen.  should, rightfully, publicly release all transcripts related to the ongoing crimes of the aforementioned. expensive) transcripts. Please Donate!
