Greeley, CO – In a civil wage claim lawsuit before the Weld County District Court, Known Felon Weld County District Court Judge James Hartmann stripped Longmont, Colorado homeowner Craig Buckley of all evidence, and the Due Process Right under C.R.S. 8-4-110(2) of the Colorado Wage Act to prosecute his wage claim because of this (below). When caught concealing, aiding and abetting multiple felonies, Judge James Hartmann initiated a 8 year campaign of retaliation, harassment, terrorism, and financial decimation against Buckley.
